Summary
The Mathematics Newsletter (MNL) of the Ramanujan Mathematical Society is a quarterly publication established in 1991 with support from the National Board for Higher Mathematics (NBHM) to serve mathematics teachers, students, and researchers. Rather than publishing original research papers, it features accessible expository articles on recent mathematical developments, news about conferences, workshops, exhibitions, international initiatives, mathematical puzzles, book reviews, Ph.D. thesis abstracts, and other items of interest to the mathematical community.
Published four times a year (March, June, September, and December), the newsletter is fully funded by NBHM and is distributed free to approximately 1,800 institutions across India, promoting mathematical education, outreach, and collaboration.
